We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex IT projects, including those involving AI solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of both PMLC and SDLC processes.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines and budget constraints. This includes coordinating with IT teams and business stakeholders, tracking performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Familiarity with AI trends and their potential application in projects is essential. The role also requires ensuring project compliance with audit requirements and identifying cross-project dependencies.

Manage all phases of complex IT projects, including those with AI components, adhering strictly to PMLC and SDLC standards.

Oversee daily project activities, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion of deliverables. Facilitate coordination between IT project teams and business stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication strategies, budgets, and gate reviews.

Secure necessary resources and funding by collaborating with project team members and management.

Define project scopes and timelines in close collaboration with stakeholders. Translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications with the help of business analysts and architects.

Provide transparent, regular status updates and maintain key performance metrics.

Analyze project risks, present status updates, and communicate strategic requirements to executive leadership.

Monitor AI trends and assess their relevance and impact on current and future projects.

Ensure all projects comply with audit mandates.

Identify and manage inter-project dependencies.

Undertake additional projects and assignments as required.

A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is required, specifically for application and data integration projects.

Possess in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and the software development life cycle.

Demonstrate a proven track record of independently managing mid-sized to large IT integration projects.

A mandatory background in Commercial Insurance is essential for this role.
