This role is within the National People Consulting practice, focusing on Workforce Advisory. We assist clients in strategically aligning their people agenda with business objectives, placing humans at the center of transformation. Our expertise helps organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring the right talent with the right skills is in the right roles at the optimal cost, transforming people strategy into a competitive advantage.

As a Project Manager in Workforce Advisory, you will lead initiatives focused on:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models through scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, utilizing our proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital collaboration, driving adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms like EY Noggin Labs. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Integrating leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies, adapting to customer needs, and building modern leadership and talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Modernizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and optimizing employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, with flexibility based on qualifications. - A strong background in instructional design, learning experience design, and end-to-end content development. - Proven ability to conduct Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews and develop various learning materials such as scripts, guides, workbooks, case studies, and learning activities. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification. - A minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in Project Management. - The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful and actionable solutions. - Adaptability, creativity, curiosity, and a positive, energetic attitude.
