Lead projects within the People Consulting domain, focusing on strategic talent alignment with business goals. Drive sustainable change by placing Human Capital at the center of transformation. Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing Organization and Workforce Transformation, including org design and workforce planning. - Managing Change Experience & Learning initiatives, developing new ways of working and leveraging digital learning platforms. - Guiding Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs to align with business strategy. - Facilitating HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including HR strategy and cloud technology implementation.

We are seeking a Project Manager with 3-6 years of relevant experience in People Consulting. A strong background in instructional design, learning experience design, and end-to-end content development is essential. The role requires proven ability to conduct SME interviews and develop various learning materials such as scripts, guides, workbooks, case studies, and learning activities. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.

Candidates should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and at least 6 years of experience in Project Management.
