Manage People Consulting engagements and workstreams from initial planning through to successful delivery.

Conduct comprehensive current-state assessments and design future-state solutions for organization, workforce, change, and HR transformation.

Structure complex analyses and translate findings into actionable, practical recommendations for clients.

Facilitate client workshops and key stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and gather insights.

Oversee project plans, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Lead the development of high-quality client presentations and detailed reports.

Supervise, mentor, and coach junior consultants and senior consultants on the team.

Contribute to proposal development, pursuit strategies, solution innovation, and practice-building initiatives.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required.

We are seeking candidates with approximately 8-10 years of experience in HR Transformation, coupled with a strong understanding of organization design and operating models.

Essential skills include workforce transformation, change management, talent and HR process transformation, robust project management, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Candidates should possess strong consulting problem-solving abilities, expertise in data analysis and insight generation, effective workshop facilitation, and proficiency in proposal and presentation development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Experience in GCC/GBS/shared services transformation, HR technology, or digital HR transformation is advantageous. Familiarity with workforce strategy, talent strategy, process improvement, and transformation PMOs is a plus. Exposure to AI-enabled HR solutions and relevant HR/change/project management certifications are also beneficial.
