Our expertise spans organization design, workforce planning, change management, HR transformation, and fostering purpose-driven cultures.

Lead People Consulting engagements and workstreams from initiation to completion. Conduct comprehensive assessments of current states and devise future-state solutions for organization, workforce, change, and HR transformation. Analyze findings and present actionable recommendations. Facilitate client workshops and discussions, managing project plans, risks, and deliverables effectively. Develop high-quality client presentations and reports, while mentoring junior consultants. Contribute to proposal development and practice-building initiatives.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required. Candidates should possess 8-10 years of experience in HR Transformation. Essential skills include robust project management, stakeholder engagement, consulting problem-solving, data analysis, and exceptional communication. Experience in organization design, workforce transformation, and change management is also crucial.
