This Project Manager role is part of our National PAS WKFA - CNS - PC - TALENT team, focusing on People Consulting. We help clients align their people strategies with business objectives, placing individuals at the heart of transformation. Our expertise spans organization and workforce transformation, change experience and learning, purpose, culture, and leadership, and HR transformation.

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to drive the development of scalable applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate with diverse teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to technical architecture. A key aspect of this role involves close client interaction to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Lead the development of robust, scalable applications leveraging modern technology stacks.

Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, contributing significantly to technical architecture and decision-making processes.

Engage proactively with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and translate them into effective, practical solutions.

Champion the adoption and enforcement of industry best practices and coding standards to maintain technical excellence.

A Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Science degree is required. Advanced degrees such as a Master of Technology, Master of Engineering, or Master of Business Administration are also highly valued.

Demonstrate a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Project Management.

Possess strong technical proficiency in relevant technologies and a proven ability to lead application development.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, coupled with outstanding communication and client-facing skills.

Bring experience within the PAS WKFA domain and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding consulting environment.
