As a Project Manager within the CNS - PC - TALENT team, you will lead the development of scalable applications using modern technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, mentor junior team members, and contribute to technical architecture decisions. A key aspect of this role involves working closely with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards throughout project lifecycles.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in Project Management, evidenced by at least 6 years of experience. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Science degree. Additionally, relevant postgraduate degrees such as Master of Technology, Master of Engineering, or Master of Business Administration are highly valued. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in relevant technologies, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and robust communication and client-facing abilities. Experience within the PAS WKFA domain is a significant advantage. A practical, agile, curious, and creative approach to solving complex issues is expected, along with the ability to work collaboratively and deliver insightful solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
