This position is within our People Consulting practice, specifically focusing on the CNS-PC-Talent domain. We assist clients in strategically integrating their people agenda with overarching business objectives, placing the human element at the forefront of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change.

Leverage strong project management methodologies to ensure effective delivery of consulting engagements. Plan, track, and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiently manage project documentation, provide accurate status reporting, and track issues to maintain delivery control. Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and workstreams to ensure alignment on scope and objectives. Apply general consulting skills to support analysis, execution, and structured problem-solving. Demonstrate strong client management expertise and deep HR domain knowledge.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required. Experience in an HRO Manager role is essential. Candidates must possess the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to solving complex issues and delivering insightful, actionable solutions is crucial.
