The National PAS WKFA CNS PC TALENT team seeks a Project Manager to drive client success. This role is part of the People Consulting practice, which helps organizations strategically align their people agenda with business goals by placing humans at the center of transformation. We empower clients to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills, in the right roles, at the right cost.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of scalable applications using modern technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to technical architecture decisions, and work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions. Ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards is also crucial for this role.

To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and a minimum of 6 years of project management experience. We seek individuals with strong technical expertise in relevant technologies, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and robust communication and client-facing abilities. Experience in the PAS WKFA domain and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment are essential.
