As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will span across critical areas such as Organization and Workforce Transformation, where you'll apply capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy using our proprietary tools. You will also be involved in shaping the Change Experience and Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and Digital Problem Solving. Furthermore, your work will encompass aligning Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with business strategy and operating models, and transforming HR functions through HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives, including HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and employee policies.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
