Join Amazon's dynamic OPSENG team as a Project Manager, driving critical facility projects across North India. This role demands a deep understanding of the complete project lifecycle, from assessment and design to execution and performance qualification. You will be instrumental in selecting sites, ensuring legal and statutory compliance, managing project safety, and implementing value engineering for diverse project scales.

Lead the planning and execution of facility setups, capacity expansions, and relocations across various business formats for a specific region. Drive key project management initiatives, focusing on standardization, energy conservation, and productivity improvements. Ensure timely and safe handover of facilities, upholding the highest engineering standards and best practices.

Responsibilities include conducting site due diligence, finalizing conceptual layouts from an operational standpoint, preparing detailed scopes of work, and managing cost estimates. You will also be involved in consultant and vendor selection, resource planning, and procurement activities. Progress monitoring, quality assurance, and snag-free handovers are crucial aspects of this role.

A Bachelor's degree is required, alongside substantial experience in engineering and a proven track record in a supervisory capacity managing teams. Prior experience in fast-paced industrial, logistics, production, or manufacturing environments is essential.

Demonstrated project management experience is key. Preferred qualifications include experience with automated equipment, packaging machinery, sortation systems, conveyor systems, and preventative maintenance systems. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology is highly desirable.
