Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning and execution through to resource management and risk mitigation. You will lead technology initiatives focusing on Data Engineering, Cloud platforms, or Java-based applications, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Key duties involve robust risk and issue management, effective stakeholder engagement across diverse teams (business, technology, compliance), and driving predictable, high-quality outcomes. You will also be responsible for resource planning, vendor coordination, and maintaining strong governance structures, including executive communications and KPI tracking.

A minimum of 15-16 years in IT, with a proven track record in managing technology projects, particularly in Data Engineering, Cloud, or Java development. A solid grasp of SDLC, modern methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and technology architectures is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, governance, risk, issue, and stakeholder management is crucial. Experience managing cross-functional, distributed teams and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
