Lead project discussions with customer program teams to develop detailed project plans. Effectively manage overall project progress, monitor risks, and ensure timely status reporting to all stakeholders.

Measure project success against budget, original scope, and business objectives. Drive high-level business requirements and collaborate with account managers for closure.

Engage with senior leadership for program governance, direction, and strategy recommendations. Oversee solution delivery using an onsite-offshore model.

A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience is required.

Strong domain exposure to any MES or Industry 4.0 applications/solutions is essential. Experience working across the full MES software development lifecycle, including design, development, implementation, testing, and support, is crucial.

Excellent communication and escalation management skills are necessary. The ability to work effectively in an onsite-offshore model for solution delivery is also required.
