Spearhead the analysis, planning, and execution of ERP solution implementations, focusing on Oracle JD Edwards. You will be instrumental in refining service delivery processes, establishing robust metrics, and ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are effectively monitored.

Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, control, and closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand and align with their needs and strategic objectives. This involves effective stakeholder and partner relationship management, driving periodic project reviews, and mitigating risks proactively.

Continuously drive accountability and champion service improvements by reviewing support practices, analyzing operational metrics, and optimizing end-to-end project delivery. You will also be responsible for reporting, analyzing, and resolving implementation issues, ensuring swift and proper resolution of stakeholder queries. Enhance the support experience through process redesign, metric establishment, and outcome monitoring.

Implement process optimization, improvements, and modernization initiatives. Identify and address process inefficiencies and compliance issues with strategic solutions. Actively participate and contribute within the IT team, providing valuable feedback and recommending enhancements for day-to-day activities.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of project management principles and experience in ERP implementation, particularly with Oracle JD Edwards.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end program management, stakeholder engagement, and partner relationship management. The ability to drive project reviews, manage risks data-drivenly, and escalate issues appropriately is essential. Familiarity with process improvement, trend analysis, and implementing strategic solutions is also important.

This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, both in-person and remotely. You will need to analyze and report on implementation issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient resolution of stakeholder concerns.
