Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for ERP Implementation. This role focuses on driving the successful deployment of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, particularly using Oracle JD Edwards. You will play a key role in enhancing business efficiency and productivity through expert project management.

Spearhead the analysis, planning, and execution of ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, control, and closure, ensuring all deliverables are met with high quality.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and manage expectations effectively. Drive periodic project reviews, diligently mitigate risks using a data-driven approach, and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.

Focus on continuous service improvement by analyzing operational metrics, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing strategic solutions for optimization and modernization. Ensure excellent stakeholder communication and prompt resolution of any project-related issues.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects, with specific expertise in Oracle JD Edwards, is essential.

Strong capabilities in end-to-end program management, including project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure are necessary. Excellent stakeholder and partner relationship management skills are vital for success in this role.
