Oversee the complete project lifecycle for data migration, cleansing, governance, and validation. Schedule and lead status meetings, workshops, and steering committees specific to the data domain. Collaborate with functional leads to define data requirements and manage dependencies.

Manage master data management activities, including data standards and ownership. Oversee ETL processes and reconciliation. Track data quality metrics and remediation plans throughout migration cycles. Proactively manage risks and issues related to data readiness.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required. Possess 6-10 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to data migration, MDM, or data governance within ERP implementations.

Familiarity with ERP data structures and migration tools is essential. Understanding of data governance frameworks and master data domains is expected. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and SharePoint is necessary. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are a must. Experience coordinating global teams across time zones is beneficial.
