As a Project Manager within Information Security, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding EY and client data by preventing, detecting, and mitigating cyber-risk threats. This position focuses on ensuring the integrity and security of our information management systems, thereby reducing overall risk to EY's infrastructure and data.

Your core responsibilities will involve maintaining vigilant oversight and active control over projects to adhere to agreed schedules, budgets, and scope. You will conduct critical stage gate reviews at key project milestones, including before deployment to production. Ensuring control over the project resource plan, verifying actual work against planned effort, and actively managing resource requests and allocations are essential. Maintaining accurate project financial forecasts and ensuring all project deliverables are fit for purpose are also key duties. Proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues, maintaining comprehensive RAID logs accessible to all stakeholders, and ensuring 100% compliance with EY and Information Security delivery standards are paramount.

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong background in project management methodologies, tools, and templates, encompassing project planning, schedule development, scope, and cost management. A proven track record of customer focus, built on openness, trust, and commitment, is vital. An IT background with experience across the entire systems development life cycle, covering all project phases (plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement), is required. You will need robust team working skills to collaborate effectively across matrixed client, supplier, and globally dispersed virtual teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory for fluent interaction both verbally and in writing.

Essential qualifications include 3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate IT environment and 1 to 3 years of dedicated project management experience. Ideally, you will also bring 1 to 3 years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, such as credential vaulting, bastion administrative forests, Federation, and Active Directory. Project management certifications (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2) are highly preferred. Familiarity with ITIL v2 or 3 would be advantageous. Holding Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), or other Information Security-related certifications is a plus. Experience in EY IT Infrastructure deployments and specific experience within EY Information Security | Enterprise Security Program, particularly in the IAM domain, is highly preferred.
