Lead the organizational transformation for the AmpliFi ERP Upgrade Program as a Business Readiness Project Manager. This role is crucial in preparing the company for the operational, reporting, change management, and control impacts of the ERP implementation. You will be instrumental in redesigning operating models, ensuring seamless reporting continuity, and integrating robust control frameworks into new processes.

This is a contract position offering a hybrid work environment, requiring 6-10 years of relevant experience. The focus is on driving business readiness across critical domains like operating models, reporting, and controls, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will involve developing and meticulously managing the Business Readiness project plan, encompassing operating model redesign, management/statutory reporting, and internal controls.

You will orchestrate status meetings, domain discussions, steering committee sessions, and workshops specific to Business Readiness. Collaborate closely with process owners to map current and future state operating models across all impacted functions, and liaise with Controls, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to guarantee SOX and regulatory requirements are integrated into the new environment.

Track all reporting requirements (regulatory, management, statutory) ensuring their alignment with new ERP data structures. Facilitate organizational readiness assessments, including role mapping and RACI development. Manage risk and issue logs for business readiness, escalating dependencies, and support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. Prepare comprehensive readiness dashboards and status updates for program leadership.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, complemented by 6-10 years of project management experience. Prior exposure to operating model design, internal controls, or business transformation programs is essential.

Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls frameworks (like COSO), and regulatory reporting is required. Experience in supporting organizational change within large-scale ERP or transformation programs is highly valued. While not mandatory, a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Candidates must possess strong analytical and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet, and collaboration platforms like MS Teams and SharePoint. The ability to work across different time zones with global stakeholders, including onshore/offshore coordination, is also necessary.
