Lead technology initiatives with defined timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring technical excellence. Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint ceremonies, delivery reviews, and backlog prioritization. Maintain strong project governance, actively managing risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and driving mitigation actions. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities with cross-functional business and technology teams during application migrations and implementations. Develop and present project dashboards and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports using tools like Power BI, Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow to provide clear, data-driven visibility into project delivery.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, or Bachelor of Computer Applications is required.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in IT project management, including planning, tracking, and delivering technology initiatives. Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum delivery, including facilitating sprint ceremonies and backlog prioritization. Proficiency in project governance and RAID management. Skilled in coordinating UAT and test activities. Ability to build project dashboards and KPI reports using tools such as Power BI, Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
