This role is based in Chennai, focusing on driving transformation within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, alongside CNS, BC, and Finance consulting services. Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations, including vendor master management, invoice and payment processing, and P&L oversight. You will manage service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, enhance controls, manage risks, and drive process improvements and automation.

Key responsibilities include leading the PTP team, fostering employee development, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring service excellence. You will nurture a culture of accountability, provide mentorship, and leverage reporting for process optimization and decision-making. This role also involves mitigating risks, collaborating with auditors, managing change initiatives, and overseeing Accounts Payable payment operations.

We are seeking a Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in P2P operations. A strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, including payments, reconciliations, and exception handling, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, query resolution, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership. Proven ability to manage workloads, coach employees, and deliver against SLAs and KPIs is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also critical, along with a commercially focused, client-service approach and strong people management capabilities.
