We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Business Consulting team in Chennai, focusing on the TMT sector.

This role is crucial for driving transformation within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry. We partner with TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, enhance competitiveness, and develop agile growth strategies. Our work involves helping clients create exceptional employee and customer experiences, achieve operational excellence, protect their data, and pursue value-generating M&A strategies.

Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations, encompassing vendor master management, invoice and payment processing, and inventory management. Oversee service delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reinforcing controls and audit compliance. Manage operational and transition risks, spearheading process improvements and automation initiatives.

Further responsibilities include leading and developing the PTP team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. You will leverage AP reporting for insights, streamline business processes, and continuously monitor SLAs and quality enhancement initiatives. Mitigate technical, financial, and scheduling risks associated with transition processes, and collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance. Effectively manage change initiatives and oversee Accounts Payable payment operations.

A graduate with 8-12 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Accounts Payable processes, including payments and reconciliations. Demonstrated strong knowledge of vendor management, query resolution, aged-item monitoring, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Proven ability to manage teams, allocate workloads effectively, coach employees, and deliver against SLAs and KPIs. Essential skills include strong communication for negotiation and reconciliation, a self-motivated and commercially focused approach with a client service orientation, and robust people management experience. Adeptness in leading teams for successful process operations and developing service standards is key, along with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to explain complex financial data.
