Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations, including vendor master management and invoice processing. Oversee service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring strong controls and audit compliance.

Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence within the PTP function. Develop team capabilities, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability and mentorship.

Mitigate risks associated with transition processes, collaborate with auditors for compliance, and stay ahead of regulatory changes. Effectively manage change initiatives and ensure seamless payment operations.

A Graduate with 8-12 years of extensive experience in P2P and Accounts Payable processes, including payments and reconciliations.

Demonstrated ability in vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership is essential. Strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation are required.

Proven experience in people management, developing procedures, and driving service excellence. A commercially focused approach with a strong client service orientation is a must.
