Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations, encompassing vendor master management, invoice and payment processing, and related financial activities. Ensure service delivery meets defined SLAs and KPIs, while strengthening internal controls and audit compliance. Proactively manage operational and transition risks, driving continuous process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency. Develop and lead the PTP team, fostering a culture of accountability, providing mentorship, and creating opportunities for professional growth.

Analyze AP reporting and performance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. Streamline business processes and documentation, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators. Continuously monitor SLAs, conduct team presentations, and spearhead quality enhancement initiatives. Identify and implement automation solutions to reduce turnaround times and boost efficiency.

Solicit feedback from stakeholders to drive process refinements and mitigate risks associated with transition processes. Collaborate effectively with SOX, statutory, and internal auditors to ensure compliance and address audit requirements. Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices, implementing robust compliance frameworks and conducting regular audits to uphold ethical standards. We are seeking a Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in P2P operations. A strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, including payments, reconciliations, and exception handling, is essential. Proven experience in vendor management, query resolution, aged-item monitoring, and stakeholder coordination across business and support teams is required.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams, allocate workloads, coach employees, and consistently deliver against SLAs and KPIs is crucial. Excellent communication skills are necessary for negotiation and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, commercially focused, possess a strong client service approach, and have significant experience in people management.

Adeptness in leading teams for successful process operations, coupled with experience in developing procedures and service standards for business excellence, is highly valued.
