Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations, including vendor master management, invoice processing, and payment execution. Oversee service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring strong controls and audit compliance. Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, while managing operational and transition risks.

This role involves leading and developing the PTP team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. You will mentor team members, engage stakeholders, and leverage performance insights to optimize processes. Responsibilities also include managing change initiatives, communicating vision, and ensuring adherence to payment controls and timelines.

We are seeking a Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in P2P operations. A strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, including payments, reconciliations, and exception handling, is essential. Proven experience in vendor management, query resolution, and stakeholder coordination is required.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage teams effectively, allocate workloads, coach employees, and deliver against SLAs and KPIs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial. A self-motivated individual with a commercially focused, client-service approach and strong people management experience is ideal.
