NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager specializing in the Banking sector to spearhead critical technology and business transformation projects. This role is integral to driving successful project outcomes within the dynamic Banking and Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle management, robust stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive approach to risk and issue resolution.

The core of this role involves managing the complete delivery of banking technology and transformation initiatives. Key duties include developing detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, technology teams, and vendors to define project scope and objectives. Continuous tracking of progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and facilitating governance meetings are essential. This position also requires managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, ensuring adherence to banking and regulatory requirements, and overseeing vendor relationships.

A minimum of 6 years in Project Management and technology delivery is required, with at least 5 years focused on projects within the Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domain. Extensive experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk and issue resolution, governance, and executive reporting is crucial. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, along with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), is mandatory.
