We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Global Learning Talent Services team as an Assistant Director, Global Learning Design and Development Project Manager. Drive the end-to-end project management for the design, development, and curation of learning materials, from individual modules to comprehensive blended programs. You will oversee the progress of instructional designers, developers, and other creative professionals, ensuring deliverables meet EY's rigorous design quality standards, on time and within budget.

Collaborate with portfolio design leads and managers to streamline all design activities. Adhere to established project management standards and processes, actively contributing to continuous improvement in design and development speed, efficiency, and quality. This role requires autonomous management with minimal supervision, offering exposure to a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing learning design and development projects, ideally on a global scale or for a dispersed client base, is essential. Proven expertise in managing vendors and concurrently overseeing multiple large-scale, complex learning projects across various delivery channels is required. Proficiency with project management software, including Microsoft Excel, and a track record of building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders are critical.

Strategic and commercial acumen, coupled with experience mentoring junior team members, will set candidates apart. Ideally, candidates will possess a strong understanding of learning end-to-end processes and standards, and knowledge of learning science and evidence-based design practices. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a higher professional or Master's qualification in a related discipline being advantageous.
