As a Project Manager Advisor for Inclusion & Belonging (I&B), you will play a pivotal role in advancing our diversity and inclusion initiatives. We value exceptional talent and encourage applications from those who wish to grow with us in an inclusive environment.

This position involves comprehensive project oversight, from initial planning and design through execution and monitoring of all aspects of I&B projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining essential project documentation, program operational documents, and governance reports.

You will be instrumental in standardizing best practices and enhancing operational efficiency across all I&B programs. A critical part of this role is monitoring and improving performance dashboards, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and the impactful measurement of Inclusion & Belonging through KPIs.

Candidates should possess 8-10 years of dedicated project management experience, coupled with proficiency in relevant project management tools. A strong understanding of and passion for Inclusion & Belonging concepts is essential, with the ability to measure their impact through KPI analysis.

We are looking for a proactive self-starter capable of adapting to evolving needs, effectively managing, prioritizing, and juggling multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines. Proven experience in building and nurturing relationships with clients and external stakeholders is crucial.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and both verbal and written communication skills are required. While an HR background is considered a beneficial asset, it is not mandatory for this role.
