Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, operating cadences, RACI matrices, project plans, trackers, risk and issue logs, and action registers.

Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, scope changes, and mitigation actions across multiple workstreams.

Coordinate delivery efforts across Markets, Service Lines, Global Analytics, Operations, and reporting teams, ensuring transparent reporting against commitments.

Demonstrate a consultative approach to problem-solving and project execution, employing effective question/answer techniques to identify needs and propose suitable solutions.
