We are seeking a seasoned PLM PTC Windchill Technical Program Manager to spearhead the end-to-end delivery of extensive PLM programs. This role involves overseeing multiple projects within a single client account, focusing on Windchill Implementation, Migration, Upgrade, Support, and ongoing Enhancement initiatives across Manufacturing and Life Sciences & Medical Devices sectors. The ideal candidate will serve as the Program Delivery Owner and the main point of contact for clients, with essential experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

This pivotal role requires owning and managing large-scale PLM programs, comprised of numerous concurrent Windchill projects within a designated client account.

Key duties include defining the program roadmap, delivery strategy, key milestones, budget allocation, resource management, and establishing a robust governance framework. You will ensure the successful execution of all Windchill-related projects, encompassing implementation, migration, upgrades, support, and continuous enhancements.

Responsibilities also involve driving program-level planning, adeptly managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and resolving project-specific issues. Establishing and maintaining program governance, conducting regular cadence reviews, and facilitating Steering Committee meetings are crucial. You will continuously track program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), financial performance, team utilization, project margins, and overall delivery health.

A minimum of 12 to 18 years of overall IT experience is required, with a specific emphasis on 10+ years dedicated to PLM / PTC Windchill-based program and project delivery. Mandatory exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is essential for this position.
