This role is for a seasoned PLM PTC Windchill Technical Program Manager responsible for the complete delivery of extensive PLM programs. These programs will involve several integrated projects within a single client.

The position requires managing diverse Windchill initiatives, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, ongoing support, and continuous improvements. These efforts will span across Manufacturing (MFG) and Life Sciences & Medical Devices (LSS) sectors.

The successful candidate will serve as the Program Delivery Owner and a key client-facing leader. Essential experience includes working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Take ownership of and manage large-scale PLM programs, which include multiple concurrent Windchill projects for a single client.

Develop the program roadmap, define the delivery strategy, establish key milestones, manage budgets, allocate resources, and set up the governance framework.

Ensure the successful execution of Windchill Implementation, Migration, Upgrade, Support, and Continuous Enhancement projects.

Lead program-level planning, manage interdependencies, implement risk mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.

Establish and maintain program governance, regular review cadences, and Steering Committee meetings.

Monitor program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), financials, resource utilization, profit margins, and overall delivery health.

A minimum of 12–18 years of extensive IT experience is required.

Of this, at least 10 years must be dedicated to delivering PLM/PTC Windchill-based programs and projects.

Mandatory exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a prerequisite for this role.
