As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Lean methodologies to maximize business value and ensure predictable delivery. Your contribution will be vital in empowering our cross-functional teams and aligning delivery outcomes with strategic business objectives.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices, ensuring consistent framework application. Proactively remove impediments and resolve issues that hinder team productivity and delivery commitments. Monitor sprint progress, velocity, capacity planning, and key delivery metrics. Support end-to-end value stream delivery by identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization. Track and analyze flow metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and work-in-progress (WIP). Facilitate alignment between business goals and delivery outcomes across value streams.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile delivery within cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, Lean methodologies, and Value Stream Management. Proven ability to coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. Experience in managing product backlogs, facilitating communication, and fostering collaborative environments. Familiarity with tracking delivery metrics, flow efficiency, and lead time reduction is essential.
