The opportunity involves delivering Information Security IT projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Success in this role demands a solid understanding of project management lifecycle stages – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. Proficiency in supporting processes like scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, and stakeholder management is essential. Prior experience in portfolio management, program management, and familiarity with relevant methods and tools are advantageous. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills are crucial for effectively supporting project teams and stakeholders, ensuring your expertise is recognized and valued by clients.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee Information Security IT projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Key responsibilities include meticulous project planning and control, maintaining close visibility and active management of project timelines, budgets, and scope. You will conduct stage gate reviews at critical project milestones, including before production deployment.

Resource management involves demonstrating control over the project resource plan, ensuring actual work aligns with planned effort, and actively managing resource requests and allocations. Financial acumen is demonstrated through maintaining accurate project financial forecasts. Delivering quality project outcomes requires ensuring all project deliverables are fit for purpose.

Proactive risk and issue management is paramount. You will identify potential risks and issues early, maintaining comprehensive RAID logs accessible to all stakeholders. Ensuring 100% compliance with EY and Information Security delivery standards is a non-negotiable aspect of the role.

To excel in this role, you will need a strong foundation in project management methodologies, tools, and templates, encompassing project planning, schedule development, scope management, and cost control. A proven track record of customer focus, built on openness, trust, and consistently delivering on promises, is essential. You should possess an IT background with experience across the entire systems development lifecycle, covering all project phases: plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, and implement.

Exceptional team working skills are required to collaborate effectively across matrixed client, supplier, and globally dispersed virtual teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, enabling fluent interaction both verbally and in writing. You should have 3 to 5 years of experience within a corporate IT environment, including 1 to 3 years specifically in project management.

Ideally, you will also bring 1 to 3 years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies such as credential vaulting, bastion administrative forests, Federation, and Active Directory. A project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred. Familiarity with ITIL v2 or 3 would be advantageous. Relevant information security certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) are a plus. Experience with EY IT Infrastructure deployments, and particularly with EY Information Security | Enterprise Security Program (especially the IAM domain), is highly desirable.
