Join our Global Shared Services Finance team to support NTT DATA Inc. as a Project Manager. You will be instrumental in driving key project deliveries, ensuring resource alignment with NTT DATA’s strategic roadmap, and meticulously managing risks and dependencies to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, aligning activities with the Finance Transformation roadmap. - Coordinate cross-project integration, identifying and mitigating potential conflicts or overlaps between projects, systems, and business units. - Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT Project Managers, Business Process Owners, and other stakeholders for seamless coordination. - Establish robust project governance, prepare accurate status reports, and facilitate project reviews to ensure clear visibility on progress, risks, and decisions. - Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), driving mitigation and resolution plans with appropriate owners. - Oversee scope definition and control, assessing the impact of changes on timelines, resources, and other initiatives. - Track deliverables against agreed milestones, ensuring commitments and quality expectations are met by all parties. - Coordinate with System Integrators and external partners, clarifying responsibilities and addressing delays. - Ensure IT delivery plans are synchronized with Finance requirements and business transformation objectives. - Identify resource constraints, highlight competing priorities, and support resource allocation decisions. - Manage decision-making processes, ensuring information availability and tracking decisions to closure. - Coordinate business readiness activities, including process, data, testing, and training, for smooth implementation and go-live. - Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and commercial commitments where applicable. - Uphold common Finance Transformation methodologies, governance standards, and quality expectations. - Translate complex project details into concise executive summaries for senior management.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance is required; an MBA in Finance with Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2) is desirable. - A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A) is necessary, with at least 6-8 years specifically in Project Management within a global environment, collaborating with geographically dispersed teams. - Prior experience in System/ERP implementation, preferably SAP, is highly beneficial. - Proficiency in full lifecycle project management within a financial context. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for global stakeholder engagement. - Strong analytical capabilities, logical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project applications is essential. - Demonstrated managerial and soft skills including being result-oriented, having a pleasing personality, high integrity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure as a team player.
