Lead comprehensive quality assurance and test automation initiatives for enterprise applications. Develop and implement robust automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript for both API and UI testing. Execute various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, system, API, and end-to-end testing. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, championing Continuous Testing and Shift-Left principles within Agile/Scrum environments. Perform database validation and validate web services and microservices architecture. Utilize AI/GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot for test case creation, automation scripting, and defect analysis. Define and track key QA metrics, establish quality gates, and manage defects for release readiness. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Quality Assurance. Proven expertise in API testing and automation using REST/SOAP services. Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks like Selenium. Proficiency in developing automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Continuous Testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Expertise in SQL/database validation, JSON, XML, web services, and microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitoring tools (Splunk) is required. Demonstrated experience with AI/GenAI in Quality Engineering, including intelligent test prioritization and productivity enhancements. Familiarity with AI/ML application testing, including model validation and data quality assessment. Solid experience in defining QA metrics, managing defects, and ensuring release readiness. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in banking/financial domain applications is preferred.
