Seeking a seasoned Project Lead with extensive expertise in Enterprise Applications, specifically focusing on Salesforce.

This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce development and a proven track record in implementing Financial Services Cloud solutions. You will be instrumental in driving project success and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Ideal candidates possess a strong technical foundation coupled with excellent leadership abilities to guide development teams.

Lead and manage Enterprise Application projects, with a primary focus on Salesforce implementations.

Architect and develop robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

Utilize OmniStudio extensively for complex business process automation.

Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with external systems, ideally using MuleSoft.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

A minimum of 6 years of dedicated Salesforce development experience is essential.

At least 2-3 years must be focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.

Proficiency spans Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.

Extensive hands-on experience with OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) components is required.

Possession of high-level Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Certified Application Architect, and Certified System Architect is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably via MuleSoft.

A strong grasp of financial services business processes, especially within credit unions or community banking, is crucial.
