A leading organization is seeking a skilled Project Lead specializing in Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering with a focus on Dynatrace implementation. This role involves leading comprehensive Dynatrace deployments across various environments, from on-premises to hybrid cloud solutions. The successful candidate will play a key part in enhancing application and infrastructure observability through expert configuration and strategic design.

The position also encompasses defining and enforcing full-stack observability strategies, leveraging AI for proactive problem management, and building robust cloud monitoring capabilities. Architectural design advisory and stakeholder engagement are integral aspects of this leadership opportunity.

Lead end-to-end Dynatrace deployments (on-premises, SaaS, hybrid cloud) for enterprise accounts, configuring OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Dynatrace Managed. Design and implement dashboards, SLOs, alerting rules, custom metrics, and synthetic monitors aligned with business KPIs. Onboard and instrument applications using supported technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, PHP) and containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift). Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow), and notification tools (PagerDuty, Slack, MS Teams). Define and enforce full-stack observability strategies (APM, infra monitoring, log management, RUM, synthetic). Utilize Davis AI for automated root cause analysis and anomaly detection. Build cloud monitoring across AWS, Azure, and GCP using native Dynatrace integrations. Establish and maintain SLIs/SLOs for critical business services.

Candidates should possess deep, hands-on expertise in Dynatrace SaaS and Managed, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, SmartScape, and Davis AI. Proficiency in DQL, Grail data lakehouse, and Notebooks is essential for advanced analytics.

A strong understanding of Dynatrace distributed tracing (PurePath), code-level diagnostics, and service flow mapping is required. Experience with Dynatrace Workflows, AutomationEngine, Site Reliability Guardian, and Business Analytics is also expected.

Educational background should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. The role requires 9 to 12 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5+ years focused on Dynatrace implementation and administration. Dynatrace Professional or Associate Certification is highly preferred.
