Seeking a skilled Application Runbook Administrator to manage Cutover SaaS operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring delivery teams produce high-quality, executable runbooks for controlled project execution.

Responsibilities include administering Cutover environments, developing standardized runbook templates, and capturing detailed cutover steps. The administrator will also ensure runbooks meet strict governance standards and coordinate readiness reviews and dry runs.

The core duties involve administering Cutover workspaces, templates, and user access in line with company policies. You will build and maintain runbook templates for various events like disaster recovery tests and migrations, ensuring all necessary metadata and phase structures are included.

Partnering with application and platform teams is essential to capture comprehensive cutover procedures, including dependencies, prerequisites, validation, and rollback plans. Ensuring runbooks adhere to governance standards for clarity, sequencing, and approvals is also a key function. The role includes coordinating readiness reviews and dry runs to confirm all execution owners and communication plans are in place.

A strong operational discipline and proficiency in runbook-driven execution within regulated environments are essential for this position.
