Seeking a skilled Technical Lead for Application Engineering Services, specializing in DELMIA Apriso MES development. This role involves leading comprehensive MES solution delivery, from engineering to ongoing support.

The position drives the design, development, integration, and continuous enhancement of manufacturing applications across diverse global sites. It demands a combination of strong technical guidance, effective delivery management, and proactive stakeholder communication within a manufacturing IT context.

Lead comprehensive Apriso MES application engineering services, encompassing enhancements, new deployments, and support activities. Take ownership of project scope, timelines, quality, and delivery governance. Effectively manage distributed teams, coordinating efforts across multiple international locations and plants. Ensure strict adherence to established development standards, Definition of Done (DoD), and industry best practices.

Provide pivotal technical leadership for DELMIA Apriso MES implementations and upgrades. Guide teams in leveraging Process Builder (PB), Global Process Manager (GPM), and BPM workflows. Ensure optimal design of Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance modules for scalable and efficient MES solutions that align perfectly with manufacturing operations.

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role with a strong focus on DELMIA Apriso MES application development.

Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end MES solution delivery, including engineering and support.

Experience in managing project scope, timelines, quality, and governance.

Capability to manage distributed and global teams effectively.

Familiarity with Apriso MES modules such as Process Builder, Global Process Manager, BPM workflows, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance.

Understanding of scalable and optimized MES solution design principles.
