We are seeking a skilled Project Lead specializing in App Development and Platform/Middleware Engineering. This role requires extensive experience in managing and supporting complex application environments, with a strong focus on cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF). You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our production systems.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives in infrastructure automation, security vulnerability management, and incident response, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key responsibilities include supporting, maintaining, and upgrading PCF environments. You will manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, Load Balancers, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch) and administer Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx servers. This role involves configuring Akamai for CDN and traffic management, provisioning infrastructure with Terraform, and monitoring applications using Splunk and New Relic.

You will troubleshoot a wide range of issues across applications, middleware, networks, and performance. This includes leading incident resolution, conducting root-cause analysis, and performing regular patching and upgrades. Collaboration with application, cloud, network, security, and DevOps teams is crucial for maintaining reliable production environments. Furthermore, you will manage deployments, rollbacks, and environment synchronization across different stages.

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience is required. Proficiency in a wide array of tools and technologies is essential, including AWS, Nginx, Akamai, Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache, Splunk, New Relic, Shell scripting, Service Now, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, UDeploy, Jira, Nessus, Qualys, and SonarQube.

Candidates must demonstrate expertise in cloud engineering (AWS/PCF), including architecting and managing AWS services and implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform. Experience in vulnerability management, leading remediation efforts, and implementing security frameworks is also vital. Strong capabilities in incident, problem, and change management, adhering to ITIL processes, are expected. The ability to configure advanced monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Splunk and New Relic is a key requirement.
