EY's People Consulting practice seeks a visionary Project Director to lead national-level engagements within Workforce Advisory. This role focuses on strategically aligning clients' people strategies with their overarching business objectives. You will be instrumental in guiding organizations through transformation by placing their workforce at the heart of the process, ensuring optimal talent, skills, roles, and cost management for a competitive advantage.

As a Project Director, you will spearhead high-impact People Consulting engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives. Your responsibilities include shaping enterprise-level transformation programs focused on organization, workforce, talent, change, and HR. You will define transformation visions, operating models, and roadmaps, while also originating and leading major client opportunities and pursuits. Ensuring engagement quality, commercial success, and risk mitigation are key, alongside building and developing senior consulting talent and nurturing client relationships. You will also drive the development of innovative People Consulting solutions and contribute to practice growth and market positioning.

To excel in this role, you require deep expertise in People Consulting and HR Transformation, coupled with proven enterprise transformation leadership. Essential skills include mastery of organization and workforce strategy, operating model transformation, talent and change initiatives, and C-suite/senior executive advisory. Experience in leading large-scale programs, commercial acumen, business development capabilities, and solution/proposition development are critical. The ability to facilitate executive discussions and lead large consulting teams in complex stakeholder environments is a must. Preferred qualifications include leadership experience in GCC/GBS/shared services, workforce and skills transformation, AI-enabled workforce changes, HR technology transformation, and managing global or multi-country programs. A strong market network, thought leadership, and relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
