As a Project Consultant within our Workforce Advisory team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of organizations by strategically aligning their people agenda with business objectives.

You will provide technical excellence in various people-focused domains, demonstrating a strong understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management. This includes organization design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

Your responsibilities will encompass supporting end-to-end consulting projects, from data collection and diagnostics to process mapping and presentation of client-ready insights. You will leverage analytical tools and frameworks, and effectively communicate findings using MS PowerPoint and Excel. Exposure to HR technologies is a plus, as is adherence to consulting quality standards and timelines.

To excel in this role, you should possess a relevant postgraduate qualification, such as a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, MBA, or MCA.

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Customer Success Management, along with 4 years in HR Operations. Ideal candidates demonstrate a collaborative approach, a practical mindset for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
