Execute end-to-end consulting projects within the People Consulting domain, focusing on organization and workforce transformation, change experience, culture, leadership, and HR transformation.

Conduct data collection, diagnostics, and analysis to inform strategic recommendations. Develop future-state designs and prepare compelling client-ready presentations, reports, and insights.

Apply analytical tools and frameworks, leveraging expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel for impactful communication. Collaborate with clients to reimagine their workforce, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills at the optimal cost.

Possess a strong understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management domains, including organization design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR transformation.

Demonstrate functional and consulting capabilities, with experience in data analysis, process mapping, and presenting findings. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is essential for effective client communication and analysis.

Ideal candidates will have a postgraduate qualification (PG Diploma in HR Management, PGDM, MBA, or MCA) and relevant experience, particularly in Talent Acquisition (3+ years), Customer Success Management (3+ years), or HR Operations (4+ years). Exposure to HR technologies is advantageous.
