As a Project Consultant, you will demonstrate strong functional and consulting capabilities in people-focused domains. This includes a solid understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management areas such as organization design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and compensation & benefits strategies. You will support end-to-end consulting projects, involving data collection, diagnostics, analysis, process mapping, and future-state design. Preparing client-ready presentations, reports, and insights is a key responsibility. You will also apply analytical tools and frameworks, utilize MS PowerPoint and Excel for communication and analysis, and may gain exposure to HR technologies.

To excel in this role, a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Computer Applications is required. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of three years of experience in Talent Acquisition, three years in Customer Success Management, and four years in HR Operations. Essential attributes include the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the delivery of insightful solutions.
