This role is within the National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory (WKFA) team, specializing in Consulting (CNS) and Project Consulting (PC). Our team partners with clients to strategically align their people agenda with overarching business objectives, placing humans at the center of transformation initiatives. Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, employing an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Utilize capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools.

Drive Change Experience & Learning efforts by defining new Workforce Experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration). Accelerate adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experiences, tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via our EY Noggin Labs platform.

Align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies, purpose, and operating models. Adapt to evolving customer needs and cultivate modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects by reimagining and digitizing the HR function. This includes HR strategy, HR service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.
