As a Project Consultant, you will work across key fields including Organization and Workforce Transformation, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organization design, and workforce analytics. You will also be involved in Change Experience & Learning, defining new workforce experiences and accelerating adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking. Additionally, you will contribute to Purpose, Culture and Leadership initiatives, aligning programs with business strategy, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards, by reimagining and digitizing the HR function.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
