As a Project Consultant within the People Consulting practice, you will focus on strategically aligning an organization's people agenda with its overarching business objectives. Your core responsibilities will encompass various aspects of organizational and workforce transformation. This includes developing integrated approaches to align business and workforce strategies using capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning. You will also contribute to enhancing change experience and learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences, and facilitating accelerated adoption through digital tools. Additionally, you'll be involved in aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client strategies, and re-imagining the HR function through digital transformation, service delivery models, and HR technology.

The ideal candidate possesses 5-6 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in Human Resources.
