As a Project Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will contribute to a national team that works across industries. Our People Consulting professionals help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through their workforce. We enable organizations to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost, turning people strategy into a competitive advantage.

You will be instrumental in aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning. Your role will involve driving change through reimagined workforce experiences, including new ways of working such as Agile and Design Thinking, and ensuring accelerated adoption via digitally-enabled change experiences. You will also contribute to aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy and operating models, and re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and employee rewards.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving is essential.
