Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation, aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models through scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Drive Change Experience & Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital problem-solving. Develop and implement Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs aligned with client strategies. Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives, including HR strategy, service delivery, and technology solutions.

You are a seasoned professional with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
