Additionally, it involves aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategies to foster efficiency and innovation, and transforming HR functions through digitalization, service delivery models, and compensation strategies.

Engage in organization and workforce transformation initiatives, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics.

Develop and implement talent strategies, leveraging proprietary EY tools.

Work with clients to define and implement new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies and digital problem-solving approaches.

Facilitate accelerated adoption of new ways of working through digitally-enabled change management solutions.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies and operating models.

Lead HR transformation efforts, including HR strategy, service delivery, and the integration of HR cloud technologies.

Transform employee policies and reward systems to align with business and individual objectives.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal guidelines.
