This role is part of our National team, offering a well-rounded experience across various industries. You'll contribute to critical areas like Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards.

Drive impactful projects within Organization and Workforce Transformation, utilizing capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, and talent strategy.

Facilitate Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences and accelerating adoption through digital tools.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies to foster innovation and efficiency.

Contribute to HR Transformation projects, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and technology implementation, while also transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in HUMAN RESOURCES or a related field.
